Terms of Service

In regards to goods, pricing and availability every product is sold subject to its description. We strive to ensure that all the product details, prices and descriptions on the website and in any marketing articles are accurate at the time of entering them onto our systems. If any information does not reflect the position exactly at the time an order is placed, we will try to correct any mistakes as quickly as possible and the customer will be informed of them so that they can either confirm the order or cancel.

We try to ensure web images truly reflect the product colours but sometimes you may see a colour variation in the products from how they appear on the screen. This can be due to factors such as monitor settings and photography lighting. For products that are hand-made they are open to slight variations from the image seen on screen due to their uniqueness.

Please be aware of any product care instructions included within the product descriptions on our website as we cannot be held responsible for any goods that have been damaged as a result of not being cared for as per our guidelines and we will therefore not be able to issue a refund or a replacement.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased prior to them going in a sale and once an item has been purchased in a sale, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be reduced further in price.

In regards to payment you will be charged for the whole value of your order as soon as you place it, not after you have received the goods.

We endeavour to use a reliable and efficient delivery service and deliver within 5-7 working days excluding bank holidays. Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery details as any errors could result in additional delivery charges. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the parcel. For any faulty or damaged items please take a photo and e-mail us at jomehomeaccessories@gmail.com and we will be in touch in regards to returning the items.

We are a small independent business and in the event of a personal holiday we will place a noticeable notification on the home page informing customers that their order will be processed on our return and may be subject to delay because of this.

If you wish to make a return, please e-mail jomehomeaccessories@gmail.com within 14 days and I’ll provide you with the return information. Please then make the return within 14 days of hearing back from me and send the goods in original packaging if possible or alternative suitable packaging for shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged on their way back to us due to poor packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless you have received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item. Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail. We will try to process the return as soon as possible but please do allow up to 14 working days for us to do so.

By placing an order the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them you should refrain from placing an order with us. These terms and conditions may be revised at any time, we would advise the user check them regularly.
